Night time. People are attracted to a city square by a mysterious light. In the middle of the square is a giant glass Plasma Ball with a Ford Focus inside it. When people touch the giant Plasma Ball, orange light waves flow from the Ford Focus towards their touch points. The film, which was shot in Barcelona, illustrates how we all feel the power of attraction and continues the story of Ford kinetic Design.

As we are stepping in a new decade, I can foresee that web design in 2010 is going to be fun and filled with experimental works. New impressive design for a 1-kilometer section of Hua Qiang Bei Road in Shenzhen, born by the hard work of Work Architecture Company was awarded first prize. The design responds to the area’s growing commercial character which has unfortunately created traffic problems. For the proposal, the road becomes a series of “strategic interventions” where “five iconic lanterns”, (twisting bands of required program) create unique, visible destinations through a process of “urban acupuncture”.
