For over five years now, Day has been photographing the same tree on different days, through different seasons and in different lighting conditions. His most popular shot was taken one very early morning on August 18, 2005. He reminisces, it was “when the sun rose directly behind the tree from my best viewpoint and the early morning mist lingered and the dissipated at just the right moment, I couldn’t take shots quick enough, the light was changing by the second and I could feel myself actually getting emotional and excited by taking photos of a dead tree!”

Here is a neat idea that allows you to play with the different faces for a watch. The Watch oNe basically features an E-Ink display which is LED back lit, but its face is not constant, meaning you can change it at whim or fancy. Hook the watch up to the internet and download your kinda face to it. Designers have a choice to upload their creativity to the on-line store, for others to purchase. So the possibilities with this one watch are endless… mechanical, digital, classic, futuristic, complex…any type of face can be downloaded (via micro USB port) for use.
The physical watch can also be interchanged with different parts using a range of colors and materials. Constructed out of abs plastic, sapphire glass, stainless steel and fine leather; Watch oNe is going on sale in March 2011 for $350

With a name like “Adam & Eve Hotel” one would suspect there would be lots of sinning going on around here. Located in Antalya, Turkey, this ultra-chic 5-star hotel houses 497 rooms, including 27 suites and 25 private villas, each with a private swimming pool and garden.
According to one travel website: “Every vista is spectacular, whether lounging beside one of the world’s longest pools, or gazing lovingly at your reflection in your enormous mirrored hotel room. But if you’re looking a little jet-lagged, just change the ambient lighting to a more flattering color with the flick of a switch.”
