Objective
At Cisco, I led visual design for CloudCenter Suite, a SaaS platform for multi-cloud management. Recognizing growing fragmentation across modules, I proactively architected a unified design system to deliver a scalable, consistent user experience — strengthening usability, accelerating team collaboration, and supporting Cisco’s broader SaaS transformation.
As Cisco expanded its cloud offerings, inconsistencies in visual styles, interaction patterns, and component behaviors created friction for enterprise users navigating complex environments. I identified a strategic opportunity to streamline the UX, reduce cognitive load, and empower product teams to build faster with greater cohesion.
